Hey, I’m Charlotte — small-town born, Army trained, and fueled by a rebellious streak that’s helped me carve my own damn path. I grew up on the Flathead Reservation in Montana and joined the Army Reserves when I was just 17, still rocking a high school locker. That early discipline? It shaped everything.

After the military, I found myself in the thick of law enforcement administration in Las Vegas — not as a cop, but running the show behind the scenes. I worked as a civilian supervisor and assistant to a police Captain, managing wherever we were assigned. That gig taught me how to lead, stay calm under pressure, and handle serious business.

But Montana kept calling. Over 20 years ago, I came home to build something for myself. First stop: real estate broker. Next chapter: full-blown entrepreneur. In 2008, I launched my own marketing business, and I’ve been helping small businesses punch above their weight ever since.

I bring business savvy (yep, I’ve got the degrees) and real-world experience to every project. From social strategy to video content to AI-powered workflows, I help rural and small-town entrepreneurs ditch the overwhelm and market with clarity and confidence.
