THE INTERVIEW

Can you tell us a bit about your background and what led you to entrepreneurship?

Sure! I’m Charlotte — small-town born and Army trained, with a rebellious streak that’s helped me carve my own path. I grew up on the Flathead Reservation in Montana and joined the Army Reserves at 17 while still in high school. That early discipline laid the foundation for everything that came after. After my time in the military, I found myself working in law enforcement administration in Las Vegas — not as an officer, but behind the scenes as a civilian supervisor and assistant to a police Captain. It was intense, but it taught me how to lead, stay calm under pressure, and manage serious operations. Eventually, Montana called me back home, and over 20 years ago, I made the leap to build something of my own.

How did you go from real estate to launching your own marketing business?

Coming back to Montana, my first move was becoming a real estate broker — but I’ve always had an entrepreneurial drive. In 2008, I launched my own marketing business, and I’ve been helping small businesses punch above their weight ever since. I combine business savvy — I’ve got the degrees — with hands-on, real-world experience. Whether it's social strategy, video content, or AI-powered workflows, I focus on helping rural and small-town entrepreneurs cut through the chaos and market themselves with clarity and confidence.

Don’t let small minds talk you out of big dreams

You mentioned AI — how does that fit into your work with clients today?

AI is absolutely part of the game now. I use it to help clients save time, streamline their strategies, and stop spinning their wheels. It’s not about cutting corners — it’s about working smarter, not harder. Whether we're automating content workflows or using AI tools to sharpen messaging, it’s all about helping people show up like pros and finally feel in control of their marketing. If you’re ready to own your message and ditch the overwhelm, I’m your gal.

Confidence isn’t cocky when you are backing it with results.
